It was fairly clean, everyone was polite. Also, location was beautiful, at a short distance from Escape Theme Park.

Breakfast with great view and also porridge. The pool area is excellent too. Easy parking on-site.

Loved the place, had a comfortable stay for more than one night. My room was spacious and well-equipped, had a clean bathroom.

Amazing location in terms of water activities was a plus.

Stunning and lovely location in Batu Ferringhi, not far from beautiful beach as well as restaurant at Batu Feringghi. Lots of options, OUTSTANDING food. Consistently courteous staff throughout.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, everything was exceptional here. Breakfast with porridge. The room was a nice size and luxurious, included with toaster and the Jacuzzi, as for instance. The staff were excellent and affable in the whole property. The location was exceptionally nice and unique in a secure area, next to the public beach, the restraunts, and restaurant being located there. Also, Entopia by Penang Butterfly Farm was 1 mile away.

Marvellous, good location in the restraunts. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a safe box and multi-channel TV. Nice pool, parking onsite.

Comfortable hotel with superb views of the Teluk Bahang bay and Penang National Park, decent base for honeymoon. Peaceful and excellent position in the restraunts.

This hotel was great value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the amenities and services provided. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-maintained rooms with a balcony for beautiful sunset views, to the welcoming staff who provided excellent service. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and also near stores. It was also conveniently located near the hilly areas, offering amazing views. The rooms were spacious, perfect for families with kids who needed space to run around. The breakfast served was delicious and had a variety of options, including comforting porridge.

All was just fine, nothing major to improve.

We spent our Christmas there and the hotel had a couple of complementary activities for kids and adults, which was nice. The view from the pool was amazing and we really enjoyed lounging there. The location of the hotel was good, close enough to the beach but far from the crowded area. We also appreciated the spacious rooms.

The food quality wasn't great. We had a few bad experiences with breakfast and dinner, with sour milk and uncooked meat.

The location advantages are also impressive- the beachfront access is clean and unperturbed, and the sun loungers are perfect for relaxing in the sun. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable.

One minor issue was the limited dining options available. Although the bar/lounge area provided a great space to socialize, the snack bar menu was limited, and the special diet menus were not extensive.
